Since I can remember, I always loved to create and design things. I also loved to cook and bake. So then I started getting creative with my baking and here I am. I attended a culinary school in New York to become a Pastry Chef. In addition to my cake and dessert creations, I also attend cake shows, both competing and judging. I also teach classes when time allows.
